Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than September 1st!

Where should I park?

Answer

Once you arrive at the venue, there will be a parking area in the field to the North of the buildings. Please do not use the first driveway, as that is the owners house.

Are we allowed to park cars overnight?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue does not allow guests to park overnight, so we kindly ask that if you chose to have a few drinks, that you coordinate a designated driver within your group to avoid us getting fined!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, we suggest showing up no later than 30 minutes prior to ensure you have plenty of time to socialize and find a seat!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we do not have a specific dress code, we highly encourage dressing up in semi-formal attire (no jeans)!

Will there be plus ones allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the number of guests we are able to fit in our venue, so we are not able to accomodate a plus one for everyone. If you happen to be one who we have given a plus one to, we will have their name listed on the invitation and under your RSVP profile. We understand that this may be disappointing to some, however, please understand that our limitations likely means that our hands are tied.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we do truly wish that we could celebrate with everyone's littles, in order to honor the guest limit at our venue, we will not be able to accomodate everyone's children. If we are able to accomodate your children, they will be listed under your RSVP profile. We know you will miss them, and we will miss getting to celebrate with them but we encourage you to have a fun parents night out!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We will be having our dinner catered by a local farm to table resturaunt called The Fat Radish, providing you with a variety of delicious made from scratch dishes!

Is outside alcohol allowed?

Answer

Due to a recent update in WI legislature, any outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the grounds of the venue, including all buildings, surrounding fields and parking lot. Any violation of this no matter how small will result in us being charged with a very large fine, so please follow this regulation closely. The Grainary has done a great job at ensuring that beverage costs are very reasonably priced :)

Am I allowed to take photos?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony, but we highly encourage taking as many photos as your heart desires as soon as you exit the ceremony site! Keep your eyes peeled for a special QR code to share your memories of the special night with us ;)
