Alex and Hanna first met in 2020 at a CrossFit athlete camp and quickly connected through their shared passion for fitness. This connection led to many FaceTime calls and long conversations during COVID. Soon after, Alex found just about any reason to make the 2.5 hour trip to Dallas to spend time with Hanna. Their first official date on September 24, 2020, began with Alex taking a 12 hour road trip to Pensacola, Florida, with Hanna’s entire family to compete in a CrossFit competition. In hindsight, this was a bold first date, but it fostered a closer connection than either of them could have imagined. Throughout high school, they dated long distance and shared many exciting weekend adventures, commuting between Belton and Frisco or meeting somewhere in the middle. After graduating from high school in 2022, Alex and Hanna began their next adventure together in College Station, both pursuing degrees at Texas A&M University. Finally, they lived in the same ZIP code! Throughout college, Hanna and Alex’s love grew stronger as they created countless memories while learning, growing, and supporting each other’s goals. On March 11, 2025, Alex proposed to Hanna in front of the sunset at Lake Walk, a beautiful moment that marked the beginning of their next journey together. We are so excited to celebrate our marriage with all of our friends and family on December 20, 2026!
