Till Death Do Us Part

We met at a Halloween party in 2017 at the same place as our venue. Our friend Keith asked me to come over early to do Chris’s facepainting. There was an instant attraction, but we didn’t start seeing each other until a few months later while at another party with the same group of friends. We dated on and off for a little over a year. Even when we stopped dating, we would look forward to seeing each other at different events with friends and remained on good terms. Fast forward to March of 2021, I came to town to visit from California and showed up at Keith’s birthday party to say hi to everyone. Neither of us were expecting to run into each other, but needless to say, that connection hadn’t faded. Chris said I wasn’t leaving town again until he could take me to dinner and well, we ended up spending almost the entire week together. Since then, there have been 6 trips across the country and countless video calls. It has been a whirlwind, but we wouldn’t trade it for anything.
