Where to park

Answer

The Tree Room is located within the historic Chase Street Warehouses between Oneta and Tracy Streets. There is a parking lot directly across from Nighthawks at 160 Tracy Street and lots of street parking nearby.

Getting to the Tree Room

Answer

There is a sidewalk along the Chase Street Warehouses that leads from the parking lot (160 Tracy Street) to the Tree Room. Please watch your step! There are two entrances to the Tree Room. A doorway off the sidewalk leads to the upper level catwalk. A few steps down from the sidewalk leads to the main level.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive between 4:45 - 5:00pm to allow for time to park and get settled in the space. The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm.

Ceremony Seating

Answer

Limited seating at The Tree Room is reserved. Standing room is available on The Tree Room ground floor as well as on the catwalk above.

Rain Plan

Answer

The Tree Room is an outdoor venue ~ we will be having the wedding rain or shine! We will have a supply of umbrellas available but please bring an umbrella and dress appropriately if the forecast calls for rain.

Moving from The Tree Room to Nighthawks

Answer

We will use the same sidewalk along the Chase Street Warehouses to travel from the Tree Room to Nighthawks just before sunset.
