Our family will be hosting a welcome barbeque at The Mountain Club on Friday evening. Everyone is welcome to meet us on the back lawn for some food, drinks, mingling, and lawn games! If you are not staying overnight at The Mountain Club and will be driving to the welcome dinner, please park at the base lodge and walk up to the hotel. Feel free to call Delaney or Hank if you need any assistance with directions.

Gondola
3:30 pm
Please plan to arrive at the base of the gondola by 3:30pm at the latest to ensure that you will be at the summit for the start of the ceremony. It is approximately a 12 minute ride to the top of the mountain. Be sure to check out the view from the café deck! You can also grab a bite to eat or a drink while waiting for the ceremony to begin. Your pass for the gondola is good all day if you want to explore the top of the mountain, the glacial caves, the fire tower, and the scenic views earlier in the day. Just make sure not to lose your ticket and that you have enough time to make it back up for the ceremony!
Ceremony

Cocktail attire: suits and cocktail dresses
Please join us for our special moment! The ceremony will be outside, so please plan accordingly - check the weather in the morning! You will be taking a gondola ride to the summit, so please be mindful of this when planning footwear.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails. This will take place at the outdoor patio space by the lodge at the base of the gondola. It can get a little chilly at night - we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket.

The after party will take place at the Black Diamond Pub located right next door to the Octagon Lodge inside The Mountain Club on Loon. Just walk over for some late night snacks and drinks!
