What is the dress code?

Hank and I request that you wear semi formal attire. The bridal party will be wearing Navy and Emerald Green, this info is just for your information. All guests can wear any colors they would like. Thank you!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture this special moment in Hank and I lives, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be present in the experience. Our amazing photographers will capture this moment for us and we will share the photos with you afterwards. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive around 3:30pm and please be seated no later than 3:50pm!

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at the same location. There will be a sign outside the Grand Ballroom entrance for our wedding. This is the doors at the SW parking lot. Please enter there and follow the signs to the left and go out the garage door to the grass area where the ceremony is taking place.

Where should I sit during the ceremony?

Answer

We aren’t designating sides, so the ushers will sit you as you arrive and fill up the seats from the front.

Where do I sit at the reception?

Answer

We will have a seating chart inside the venue for you to find your assigned seats after the ceremony during the cocktail hour.
