This is the main event. Since our wedding ceremony will be in South Korea, we have chosen not to perform a separate American-style wedding ceremony. Most of the festivities will be at the evening reception. Dinner will be a Chinese banquet. The course menu: Cold Cut Assorted Platter Braised Mock Shark Fin Soup with Fish Maw and Shredded Chicken Honey Walnut Prawns Stir-fry Steak Cubes and Scallops Braised Abalone with Pea Sprouts Empress Chicken Salt-and-Pepper Fried Twin Lobsters Steamed Whole Fish Fried Rice Dessert of the Day We will have plenty of the drinks of our people: wine, Hennessy, Heineken, soju, makgeolli, and more! Bottles will be placed at each table, with more available on the side. No bartender but we'll have supplies to mix your own drinks if you desire.
