Our Story
Hank and Dani first met at Baylor University. They shared a few mutual friends but a car ride to class during Hank's senior year and Dani's freshman year marked the beginning of their friendship. After that, life carried them in different directions, but they stayed connected over the years.
Fast forward to the fall of 2023, Dani started the Watermark Institute, Hank was hired onto the Students Team at Watermark and suddenly their paths collided again. In May of 2024, Dani was hired onto Hank's team full-time and it didn't take long for that friendship to deepen into something more.
Fall of 2024, Hank decided to share his feelings for Dani, and the rest is history!
They are thankful for many people who walked with them during this season - her Murray Lane roommates, their families, the Linders, Watermark friends, and the unsung heroes - Jermaine and the HR team who took a chance on two coworkers dating! We wouldn't be here without them and of course, the faithfulness of God!
