Shuttles will be available from the Main Entrance of The Greenbrier Hotel to the Sporting Club from 7:45-10:30pm. There is also parking available at the Sporting Club for guests staying off property.

For those staying off property- Valet is available at The Greenbrier Hotel or parking at the Train Station across the street from the The Greenbrier. Transportation to the Summit / Cocktail Hour
4:45 pm - 6:30 pm
Transportation will pick you up at the Chapel and take you to the Summit for the Cocktail Hour & Reception! Please use this transportation- there are winding roads & we want everyone to be safe!
Reception
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner & Drinks & Dancing !!
Continued Celebrations ...
11:00 pm
Transportation will bring everyone to the front of the Hotel. From there you can continue celebrations in the casino or head to bed!
