We first met through work, and what started as a casual connection on the 11th floor quickly grew into something deeper. Thomas kept slipping in little chivalrous moments until finally pulling his big move — looking at Hannah Rose’s LinkedIn profile on public. Once Hannah Rose noticed, she fell right into his plan, and he quickly asked her on their first date. From the very beginning, we have been each other’s biggest supporters. During the exciting leaps like Hannah Rose’s audition for the Brooklyn Symphony (and Thomas volunteering at every ticket booth there after) to cheering Thomas on across the world for marathon races. Over the years, Thomas and Hannah Rose have built a life filled with adventure, music, finish lines, and plenty of time with the people who matter most. Family is at the heart of who we are, and we love nothing more than gathering around a home-cooked meal, whether it’s a quiet night in or a lively get-together. The engagement was so special. Right before Shabbat on one of the high holidays, Passover, with both family’s gathered for what was already a blessing of a weekend but for much more than the holidays. Tricked into thinking it was her birthday party, Hannah Rose got all dolled up for an unforgettable night. Thomas proposed at her childhood home, on the dock decked with roses, and their favorite people waiting on the lawn eager to see Thomas get on one knee and celebrate what will be the Sanders. After years of growing, laughing, and exploring together, we can’t wait to take the next step and celebrate with all of you as we say “I do.”
