Is there a shuttle service between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately the hotel shuttle service only runs between the hotel and the airport. Personal vehicles, Uber or Lyft services would have to be used for transportation between the venue and hotel. Sorry for any inconvenience.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Venue doors open at 5:30pm and the ceremony will begin at 6pm.

When will dinner be served?

Answer

Buffet style dinner with be served at 7:45pm right after the wedding party is announced. Special menu of chicken nuggets and French fries available for children ages 2-11 years old.

What is being served at the reception?

Answer

Appetizers of assorted flatbreads, veggies and cheese. Salad and rolls served at each table. Buffet will have Asiago Chicken, Top Round Roast, Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Green Beans. Desserts will consist of wedding cake and mini cupcakes in assorted flavors.

What type of beverages will be served?

Answer

Water, coffee, soda, iced tea, apple cider, beer, wine and champagne will be served free of charge to all guests.
