When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 30, 2026. If you do not RSVP by that date, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors 30 days out.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up! We are requesting Cocktail/Black tie optional attire. This includes mid/floor length dresses or pantsuits for women, and suits for men. Please feel free to wear fun spring colors and avoid white.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend using our hotel blocks listed under the Travel tab. These hotels are in great locations, have great reviews and are at a discounted price! Please review these to see differences in pricing, location, and amenities. We also recommend any Airbnb’s near the Historic District, Forsyth Park, or Tybee for a beach stay.

Will the wedding be held outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors. The Mackey House has AC and lots of shaded areas. The grass is turf, so ladies will not need to worry about heels!

You know it! Liquor, Wine, and Beer will be served.

Will there be an after party?

Answer

Yes! We plan on going to a local bar and continuing the celebrations. Location TBD!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! If you choose to drive yourself, The Mackey House has a parking lot you’re more than welcome to park your car at. If you decide to uber home, you must pick up your car by 10AM the next morning. There are plenty of Ubers in the area for a safe ride there and back.
