Yes! Please dress in cocktail attire and we recommend a light jacket for the evening! We would love for you to join us in colors of deep browns, greens, terracottas, plums and mauve. Please avoid wearing white and light tans / khaki
Please plan to arrive to the venue on October 14, 2026 at 4pm MST.
Yes, a cocktail hour as well as full dinner reception will follow our ceremony at the same Venue location. The menu will be 100% dedicated gluten free. If you need other dietary restrictions, please note this on your RSVP.
There will be no alcohol served at our ceremony, reception or on-site at our venue. Please respect this decision and do not bring your own alcohol or liquor into the venue site. We will have plenty of non-alcoholic refreshments available to sip on.
Only those who have been sent invites and listed on RSVPs should expect to come to our ceremony and reception. If you think there has been a mistake for headcount in your party, please contact Hannah ASAP.
While we LOVE all of your little ones, our wedding (ceremony and reception) will be an adults-only celebration.
Moab has a plethora of accommodation options that range from high-end luxury hotels, mid-range and budget hotel chains, airbnbs and VRBOs to campgrounds, "glamping" sites and RV parks. Please choose and book an accommodation in the area that suits your individual needs and budget for this event. Note there is NO room block booked.
Yes, you can drive to and park on-site at the venue and there should be plenty of parking for our guests, and with a few quick steps walk through the front door. You CANNOT leave your car / rental car overnight in the lot. Please do not park in designated vendor parking spots.
We will begin wrapping up the fun around 9:30pm and guests must depart by 10pm.
Our wedding is taking place at the gorgeous Red Earth Venue in Moab, UT. Red Earth is a stunning glass house on 17 acres in Moab, UT between the national parks. While the ceremony is planned to be outside, the reception including cocktail hour and dinner will be served indoors (potentially with the doors open for airflow if we're blessed with good weather). There will be 2 fire pits located and lit around the dancing area (outside). Please dress accordingly and bring layers!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift outside of our registry, a wedding card box and table will be at our reception.

To Moab?? SURE! We love that Moab and Utah are so welcoming to four-legged friends, with plenty of pet-friendly accommodations and outdoor spaces to explore together! However, we ask that you please leave your pups, if you bring them, at your accommodations for our ceremony and reception. We've reserved the only furry guest spots for our own beloved fur babies who will be joining us on our special day.
