FAQs

Question

Where and when is the wedding?

Answer

We’ll be celebrating on Saturday, July 11, 2026, with both the ceremony and reception held at Vault 634 in Allentown, PA.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony doors will open at 4:30 PM, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 5:00 PM. As those who know us can attest... punctuality is something we truly value! We kindly encourage guests to arrive with time to settle in before the celebration begins.

Question

How and when do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly respond by June 3. Within your invitation suite, you will find an RSVP card. Please indicate the name(s) of those attending, select if you will be in attendance, and initial your entrée selection. If two guests are attending, kindly note each individual’s choice with their corresponding initials. Once completed, place the card in the enclosed envelope and mail it to us.

Question

What do I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You’ll be greatly missed! In your invitation suite, you’ll find an RSVP card. Please select “regretfully declines,” place it in the provided envelope, and mail it back to us at your earliest convenience.

Question

Will there be a room block?

Answer

Absolutely. A room block awaits at the Renaissance Hotel, conveniently located steps from the celebration (about a two minute walk). Head to the Hotel tab to book your stay. The room block is open until May 27th.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Black Tie Optional! With a venue as grand as Vault 634 (yes, a literal historic bank turned into a wedding dreamland), we’re encouraging everyone to dress to impress! Tuxedos or dark suits are welcome for men, and long gowns or formal cocktail dresses are perfect for women. The bridesmaids will be wearing black, so guests may want to keep that in mind when choosing their attire. You don’t need a tux, but it’s a great excuse to get fancy in a place this iconic. Shine up those shoes… we’ll be celebrating in style!

Question

How do I know if I have a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted with “and Guest" on your envelope. We’re so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest, and due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on each invitation.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Vault 634’s main entrance is located on Hamilton Street, however, please access the building using the side entrance on 7th Street. The address is 33 S. 7th Street Allentown, PA 18101. Use Code 46661# to access this parking lot. Please see the specific parking guide with pictures by following this link: canva.link/parkingkn If staying at the hotel, you can park there and walk to the venue (about a 2 minute walk).

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Is this even a question?! Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... Let's get ready to party!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, please leave us a note with any dietary restrictions or food allergies. Our venue will accommodate your meal preference.

Question

Is this an outdoor or indoor event?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors, where air conditioning and elegance abound. Dependent on weather, their may be outdoor tables set up during cocktail hour for those who would like to embrace the fresh air!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’re keeping this an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions will be a few close family children. We hope this gives you a chance to relax and enjoy a fun date night!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

After the celebration, we warmly invite you to join us at the hotel bar as we continue the festivities into the evening.

Question

What if I still have questions?

Answer

If you’re wondering about something we haven’t covered yet, just ask...we promise it’s not a bother!
