Things To Do

La Encantada

2905 East Skyline Drive, Tucson, AZ 85718
, (520) 299-3566

La Encantada is an outdoor shopping mall with stores such as Anthropologie, M.A.C Cosmetics, Apple, Francesca's, and Johnny Bahama. There are also several restaurants located here, such as Firebirds, RA Sushi Bar, North Italia, and Blanco Tacos and Tequila.

First Watch

10565 North Oracle Road, Oro Valley, AZ 85737
, (520) 544-6115

Stop in for breakfast or lunch - First Watch is a mile or so north of the venue!

Oro Valley Farmer's Market

Oro Valley, AZ 85737

The Farmer's Market occurs every Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm.

Catalina State Park

11570 North Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ 85737
, (520) 628-5798

Catalina State Park is just a few miles north of our venue. If you want to enjoy some of the southwest wilderness while you're in town, we highly recommend the state park. There are several trails to hike, ranging from easy to difficult.

Casas Adobes Plaza

635 West Ina Road, Tucson, AZ 85704
, (520) 797-2037

If you're staying at La Posada while you're in town, Casas Adobes Plaza is a great spot for shopping and dining. Talbots, Starbucks, Orange Theory Fitness, and Wildflower Cafe are just a few of the businesses you'll find in the plaza.

Mount Lemmon

AZ 85619

This recommendation is for those of you that will be in town for more than just the wedding weekend. The drive to the very top of Mount Lemmon is about an hour and a half, but it's so worth the drive. If you don't want to commit to the entire drive, there are plenty of lookout pull-offs and hiking trails as you ascend the mountain. Mount Lemmon is usually considerably cooler in temperature than Tucson and it looks a lot like rural PA due to the elevation.
