Phone policy

Answer

We kindly ask that you not use your cell phones during the ceremony. We've hired a very talented photographer who will be taking pictures so that our guests can be in the moment with us. Guests are welcome to use their phones at the cocktail hour and reception.

Is there a wedding dress-code?

Answer

Guests are asked to wear formal attire. The wedding party will be wearing lavender gowns and charcoal-gray suits.

Is there a hotel at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a block of rooms available at a discounted rate. Please see the Travel page for details.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30 pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, so we ask guests to arrive 30 minutes early to allow enough time for guests to be seated.

What if it rains?

Answer

If there is rain in the forecast, the ceremony will be held in the Pine Barn Inn ballroom and there will be a 1.5 hour cocktail hour before the reception.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All guests and plus ones have already been accounted for and specified in your invitation. If someone special was missed, please contact Hanako directly at (570)764-6162.

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

Yes, your children are welcome to be a part of our special day! Their names should be specified in your invitation. We only ask that parents do what will make the day the most memorable to them. If they will have a better time with their kids there, great! If not, great!
