We kindly ask that you not use your cell phones during the ceremony. We've hired a very talented photographer who will be taking pictures so that our guests can be in the moment with us. Guests are welcome to use their phones at the cocktail hour and reception.
Guests are asked to wear formal attire and grass-friendly shoes for the ceremony. The wedding party will be wearing lavender gowns and charcoal-gray suits.

Please arrive at 3:30 pm. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm, so we ask guests to arrive at the Montour Preserve 30 minutes early to allow enough time for parking and guests to be seated.
In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held in the Pine Barn Inn ballroom and there will be a 1.5 hour cocktail hour before the reception. If the ceremony location moves from the Montour Preserve to the Pine Barn Inn, it will be announced the day prior, on May 22nd.
The Montour Preserve has a strict no pets and no alcohol policy. No exceptions.

Yes, your children are welcome to be a part of our special day! Their names should be specified in your invitation. We only ask that parents do what will make the day the most memorable to them. If they will have a better time with their kids there, great! If not, great!
There is NOT a shuttle provided for guests between the ceremony and reception venues. It is a 20 minute drive and we encourage guests to carpool if they are able.
