Accommodations

We do not plan to block out any rooms at hotels, but are happy to talk about accommodations if anyone is looking for guidance. Generally speaking, we recommend trying to stay somewhere along the "L" Red Line. As long as you are near it, the city and Lincoln Park will be accessible.
If you want to stay in the neighborhood nearest the venue, look at the Lincoln Park and Lakeview East neighborhoods. If you want something more central to the heart of Chicago, look around the Loop, Streeterville, Gold Coast, and Old Town. If you are looking for less expensive places to stay, look to the neighborhoods north of Lincoln Park, like Wrigleyville, Buena Park, Edgewater, and Uptown.
If you are driving to Chicago, parking is incredibly expensive downtown and is most often not included with hotels. If you drive but want to stay downtown, you can park outside our apartment and take the train to your hotel.
