What am I saving the date for?

We’re having a small wedding ceremony with immediate family but would love for our friends and extended family to join us for a casual celebration afterward on May 10, 2025. Dinner will be provided, and we have a karaoke room reserved for the party!

In lieu of physical gifts, we would greatly appreciate contributions to our honeymoon fund, which you can find at the top of this website. You can also Venmo either of us directly to avoid any fees at @Hanah-Rose or @RyanNeil-Vega.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-casual: Elegant yet relaxed – think dresses, collared shirts, or rompers. Please refrain from wearing jeans. Dress comfortably for a night of celebration!

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a date?

We are thrilled to celebrate our special day with you. Due to limited space, we kindly request that the invitation is extended only to those addressed on the envelope. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be BBQ themed and served buffet style. There will be a variety of smoked meats, coleslaw, mac & cheese, roasted broccoli, and mixed green salad. With the exception of the mac & cheese, all foods will be served as gluten & dairy free. There will be bread and cheese on the side to add to your dish if you would like. The meal will also be free of shellfish and nuts. For dessert, there will be churros with both chocolate and dolce de leche dips and do contain gluten and dairy. If you have any other allergies we should be aware of, please let us know.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Jaguar Bolera is located at Raleigh Iron Works. RWI is located close to downtown and the North Hills area in Raleigh. We recommend a hotel or rental in one of these areas for convenient access to the celebration.

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Yes, there are parking lots located around the venue in addition to a parking deck attached to the building.
