We agree—the on-site suites are indeed delightful! However, these rooms are limited in number and are reserved for our large (aren’t we lucky?!) immediate family. But don't worry! We've arranged room blocks at several nearby hotels, offering a range of options to suit different preferences and budgets. These hotels are conveniently located within a drivable distance of the venue. We will also be arranging a shuttle. We recommend booking your accommodations early to ensure the best selection and rates. For more details and booking links, please visit our Travel tab.
Of course! They are invited to all weekend events. For the reception, we are planning a separate kid's party with hired supervision, games, movies, and dinner/snacks! Please note, onsite overnight accommodations are very limited and are not kid friendly for those between 18 months and 15 years old. The hotels we will be recommending and short term rentals you book in advance are much better options for your littles.
We love our family pups! However, only the pup of honor and the best girl are allowed on property. All other dogs must stay home.

Please refer to the schedule tab for individual event attire. For non-scheduled time at the venue, casual and comfortable is the dress code. Remember, there will be bonfires, swimming, and goats, please bring some clothes that can get a little dirty/wet/smelly. For those offsite, there are spaces to change/shower if you'd like to keep your driving time to a minimum and bring an extra set of clothes.
For any free time not on the schedule, we will be relaxing at the venue playing games, swimming, or napping in hammocks. Anyone is welcome to join us for unscheduled time starting Friday afternoon. We want as much time with our people as possible!
All events are optional. We would love to have you hang with us but understand if you are traveling, have other obligations, or just want to explore this incredible area. Please RSVP for individual scheduled events so we can plan for catering.
