Big Ridge State Park

Big Ridge state park is located about 45 minutes away from Farragut, where our bride and groom and the majority of guests will be driving from. For our out of town guests, please feel free to contact Hana or Robby to help find accommodations if you wish to stay in the Maynardville area.

Ceremony: Primary Parking lot

The state park will have a large parking lot to the left, right by the visitors center. However, if you drive straight past it, a more private, closer parking lot will be on your left. This will be primary parking for the Ceremony and reception, unless we have to move the ceremony to a different location within the park- by the Grist Mill. Parking #2 at Visitors Center

The visitors center has a large parking lot to the side of it, with a short walk to the Recreation Hall located on the other side of the road from the visitors center. View the link below to view directions to the Visitors Center.

Grist Mill (Backup Ceremony Space)

Conditions permitting, we will not be using this site as a ceremony space. Please check in a few days prior to the wedding about the finalized ceremony venue. View the link below to see the parking lot location by the Grist Mill lawn. Upon entering Big Ridge State Park, follow signs to Grist Mill to find parking. On arrival you'll find a square gravel lot in front of a historic old mill. Please park there, and take a few minute walk by the lake to the other side of the lawn to reach the ceremony site. If you wish to avoid some grass, you can also get there by walking down the paved road.
