Question
When should I RSVP?
Answer
May 15, 2024 is the official last day to RSVP. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept RSVPs after this date since we have to provide our vendors with a final head count.

What should I wear?
Answer
This is a classy event; we ask that you celebrate with us in formal attire (black tie is optional). This means nice dresses, midi or maxi in length; jumpsuits are an excellent choice! Suits with jackets and ties/bowties please. We ask that all guests please refrain from wearing jeans, hats, shorts, or colors traditionally reserved for the bride (white, ivory, cream, beige, etc.).

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, they will appear with your name when you RSVP. We can only accommodate the guests specifically listed on your RSVP and appreciate your understanding.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We love your children. However, we request that this be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making prior arrangements and hope you enjoy a date night on us!

What if I have a food allergy?

We'll have informational allergy cards next to main foods at the reception.

What is the parking situation?
Answer
Ceremony - Parking for wedding guests is available in the parking lots along Parmer Ave and Lowden St. behind the church. Reception - There is plenty of space in the garage at the Fort Worth Club. Please note that the garage is tight, and you will need to bring your parking ticket upstairs with you for validation. If you are staying in a hotel nearby, walking is a good option!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?
Answer
No transportation will be provided. The hotels we’ve selected are within walking distance to the reception venue. We recommend dropping your car off at your hotel between the ceremony and reception.

Will ubers/lyfts be available?
Answer
We see no reason why rideshare services would not be available at the time.
Question
Can I leave my car overnight at the Fort Worth Club?
Answer
Short answer: no. Long answer: There’s a courtesy officer that will do nightly checks on vehicles in the garage and if you are not an Inn guest/FWC member you will be issued a citation. However, if you are able to let the courtesy officer know you’ll be leaving your car, you will not be cited. The courtesy officer will typically be standing in the lobby near the elevators when you leave. Also, you will still have to get your parking ticket validated when leaving the reception to be able to leave the garage without paying a fee. We strongly recommend walking/rideshare!

Can I take/post pictures?

Yes! We think it will be fun to see our wedding from your POV while we wait for our official pictures.

Will any events be outdoors?
Answer
NO! All events will take place indoors in the air conditioning.
