Mark and Tina have been married for almost 35 years. Throughout this time, they have devoted their professional life to working as mental health specialists in an underserved community. Through this lens, they cultivated values of kindness, empathy, and intellectual curiosity and passed these values on to their children as well.
Chris and Rebecca Schmidt
Parents of the Groom
Chris and Rebecca have been married for 28 years. They love to travel and spend time making memories with friends and family. Professionally, they both serve at Lindsey Wilson University helping young people realize their full potential.
Zoey Hamm and Greg Aviña
Siblings of the Bride
Zoey and Greg (brother-in-law) live in Nashville, TN, where Zoey works as a lawyer in immigration and Greg works as a mechanical engineer. They love to travel and spend time with their pups, Bonnie and Tilly. Lily lived with them during nursing school, where support was often provided in the form of 2000s rom-coms and Indian takeout.
Abe Cross

Abe lives in Columbia with his wife, Emily, and their three kids, Delaney, Deacon, and Warner. He works in higher education and enjoys running a small family farm in his free time.
Selin Sergin
Friend of the Bride and Groom
Selin and Lily became friends in middle school and went on to be roommates while they attended Gatton Academy together during high school. Selin is now a third year PhD student studying nutrition and public health at Emory University in Atlanta, GA where she lives with her partner Alex.
Sarah Beth Moore
Friend of the Bride and Groom
Sarah Beth Moore is a health actuary living the dream in Bowling Green, KY where she milks her Walmart delivery subscription for all it is worth and tries to keep the oil in her car changed regularly.
Mary Reilly
Friend of the Bride and Groom
Lily and Mary met their first year at Gatton, where they shared many late nights and lots of laughs. One of Mary's favorite memories is getting to explore London and enjoy with the Harlaxton Manor grounds with Lily and their friends. Mary currently lives in Chicago where she works as a manufacturing engineer, plays rugby, and fosters cats in her spare time.
Noemi Leibman
Friend of the Bride and Groom
Noemi and Lily met at Gatton and became the best of friends! Noemi was awed by Lily's beauty, intelligence, and confidence. Noemi graduated from law school this past May and now practices as a lawyer in Philadelphia.
Jonnah McManus
Friend of the Bride and Groom
Jonnah is a physician in her second year of residency in southern Illinois. She met Lily at Gatton in 2016 and they became steadfast friends since then. She lives with her husband, Ken, and her many furry friends.
Tithe Ahmed
Friend of the Bride of the Groom
Tithe is a veterinarian currently completing her surgical fellowship. She met Lily in 2016 at Gatton. Since they met, they have been 2 peas in a pod, going on adventures in Nashville or just spending time together being cozy at home. Tithe spends her time asking Lily nursing questions and Lily in return asks Tithe for advice on Suki, the best girl to exist.
