Our celebration is formal attire. We invite guests to wear suits and ties for men and midi-length dresses for women. All parts of our wedding will take place indoors, and guests won't need to be outside for longer than a minute's walk from a car into the church or reception venue.
Please plan to arrive around 3:30 to park, make your way into the church, and be seated in time for the start of the ceremony.
For the ceremony, guests are welcome to park in the church's surface lot or parking garage, both at the south entrance of the church off of Oak Lawn. Greeters will be present to point you in the direction of the ceremony. For the reception, the Arts District Mansion will have complimentary parking in its attached garage off of Olive Street.
We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation when you RSVP attend. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be indicated when you go to RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!
We're honored to have our families and friends together with us as we become husband and wife. As our wedding will be, first and foremost, a worship service, we ask that you keep phones and other devices silenced and put away. Our photographers will provide plenty of photos that will help us remember what will be a beautiful day!
With Christian having lived in Dallas since his freshman year at SMU in 2017 and Erin having never lived anywhere else, we'd like to think we have recommendations for every guest and taste! Visit our A Weekend in Dallas section for all of our favorite Tex Mex, the coffee shop where we read Tim Keller's The Meaning of Marriage, our first date spot, our favorite walks, and the best margaritas in Dallas.
We will not be providing transportation, as Park Cities Presbyterian and the Arts District Mansion are a short nine-minute drive apart from each other.
