Meadow Brook Hall
Visit the stunning home of Matilda Dodge Wilson and Alfred Wilson. A beautiful Tudor revival built between 1926 and 1929, and is the fourth largest historic mansion in the United States siting on a breathtaking 1,443-acres.
Ford Piquette Avenue Plant
Great museum to learn more about the history of the Ford Motor Company. This factory is known as the birth place of the famed Model T. You can get up close and personal with Model B, C, F, K, N, R, S, and T that are on display as well as a few from their competitor, the Dodge Brothers Company.
Packard Automotive Plant
Cruise on by the location of the Packard automotive plant where the luxury cars were made between 1903 to 1956. While some of the building has been lost to neglect and nature reclaiming the space, it is still amazing to see the immense footprint it had in the neighborhood, 3,500,000 square feet.
Erma's Original Frozen Custard
We went on many dates in a 1976 Chevy C10, later a 1973 BMW 2002, to get one of the weekly specialty flavors! Definitely a spot that is close to our hearts... and stomachs.

Our favorite brewery. Great beer, wine, and cider. Stop in for a beer and some tasty food from the visiting food truck of the day or get carry-out from the local eateries in the area.
Stony Creek Metropark
We always parked at Baypoint Beach to ride the 6.2 mile path around the lake.
Riverbends Park South Trail Paved
One of our favorite places to ride bikes on a paved path or single track trails.
