School Bus to the Venue

March 10, 2024 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

We cannot wait to celebrate our day with those closest to us and our loved ones…All of you. In order to ensure we can all celebrate responsibly and SAFELY. We are providing a bus service to shuttle guests from the hotel to our venue and back. These are school buses booked through AA TRANSPORTATION and will be labeled as such. The buses will pick up guests at 3:30 SHARP at our hotel (Double Tree by Hilton in Leominster) in the hotel parking lot. Please do not be late. The busses will not wait and will leave promptly at 3:35 as scheduled. We highly encourage all of our guests to use the bus service. Due to our wedding venue being atop a mountain, and our event being in the winter months, it can be difficult to drive to the venue. And car services are difficult to come by in that area, especially at night. See you all on the 10th!!! Love, Alex and Cheyenne.
