Welcome Barbecue

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Casual, AF. You don't even have to wear shoes if you don't want to ;).

The more excuses to hangout, the better. We will be grilling out the Thursday before our wedding. We know some people will be arriving Friday but thought it would be fun to get everyone together as people start to trickle in over the week. Father of the Bride, Geordie Hamilton, will be grilling various meats and veggies, including but not limited to Brats, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Veggie Burgers. We will have coolers with various drinks but recommend BYOB if you're looking for anything in particular. Feel free to RSVP yes even if you're a maybe. It will help us with an estimated headcount for food.

Non Rehearsal Pizza Night

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Whatever you feel comfortable in. Slacks, jeans, sweats, pajamas, whatever it might be.

Come one, come all to our non-rehearsal dinner! We will be doing a make your own pizza night with all the toppings and of course, ranch for dipping. We will have coolers with various drinks but recommend BYOB if you're looking for anything in particular. Feel free to RSVP yes even if you're a maybe. It will help us with an estimated headcount for food.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

This event is semi-formal. Ceremony will be on grass so we suggest thinking hard about that shoe choice.

We will be asking guests not to park on property. We ask that you Uber or taxi to the wedding and you will need to taxi home (Uber's are spotty at the end of the night). Taxi contacts are available under the FAQ tab. You can also pre-schedule your rides using Uber or Asheville Hopper (https://avlhopper.com/), a local car scheduling service. If by chance you do want to drive, we will have two cars transporting people from the local Ingles Supermarket (575 New Leicester Hwy, Asheville, NC 28806) at the beginning and end of the night. This will also be a better place to snag an Uber as well. We have pivoted our food and are going with some down south local BBQ and let us tell you.... it's superb! We will also have an open bar but similar to the events the nights before, if you're looking for a specific drink feel free to BYOB. Also, this is our property so there's no real end time. Feel free to stay as long or as little as you'd like post dinner.
