Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning for an outdoor ceremony (weather permitting!) and an indoor reception. Please keep an eye on the weather forecast and bring a light layer if needed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate. We are so excited to see all you dressed up for a fun night out!

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adult’s only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We thank you for your understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

YES! We will be providing a complimentary shuttle service to the venue before the ceremony and returning after the reception. Please check back closer to the wedding date for the specific departure schedule.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

YES! Deerfield Country Club offers ample free parking for guests who choose to drive. Cars may be left overnight at the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our travel tab has hotel information including those that have a room block available. Alternatively there are Airbnb and VRBO options in the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES! We want everyone to eat well! Please indicate any severe allergies or dietary requirements when you RSVP so we can alert the Chef.
