Johnny and Ashley first met in 2013 on the illustrious campus of Elizabeth City State University. Ashley First caught Johnny's eye during his fraternity beauty pageant. Although Ashley did not win first place (second place), she won over his heart and the rest was history. From the first few dates, meaningful conversations, and non-stop laughter, they knew they were meant for each other. On January 9th, 2021, Johnny mustered up the courage to pop the question and asked Ashley to marry him surrounded by loved ones during a mountain trip in Gatlingburg, Tennessee and of course she said YES!!!! They would be elated to share their love story with you on their big day and they can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
