Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - "Garden chic" / semi-formal. Bright colors & florals are encouraged. Wear something light that you will be comfortable in, this is an outdoor Summer wedding. Ladies: comfortable shoes are recommended. For those who want to wear heels, a chunky heel will work best since we will be walking on grass. Gentlemen: suits and ties not required (but go for it if you have something that wears well in warm weather). Dress-casual slacks and collared shirts with or without blazer/sports jacket are acceptable (no shorts/t-shirts/jeans/sneakers please).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled for 4:00 PM. We request that guests arrive by 3:30 PM at the latest . This will allow enough time to account for parking, potential traffic, seating, etc.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot in the back of the property on right side of the house. For those who need accommodations walking to the ceremony, please park in the lot behind the main house, next to the cottage. (Signs will be posted to help direct guests to parking areas).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, this is an adults-only affair. We request that children not be in attendance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style. Each food item will be accompanied by a card listing any potential allergens. We ask that guests with food allergies please be sure to read these carefully when selecting food items.
