Room Blocks: We have room blocks at the Hilton Garden Inn Bel Air and Homewood Suites Bel Air. The hotels are next to each other and share a parking lot, so please feel free to book either hotel!
Shuttle Service: The shuttle pickup is outside of the Hilton Garden Inn (next to Homewood Suites) and will leave for the venue promptly at 4:45 p.m.
At the end of the night, the shuttle will leave Rockfield Manor to return to the hotel parking lots promptly at 10:45 p.m.
To book a room in our room block, please click "View" one of the hotels. Both buttons give you the option to book for either hotel.
The room block is available through June 30, 2026, so please book your room prior to that date.
