Flight

Anchorage (ANC) is the airport to fly into. Alaska Airlines has lots of good flight deals, but there are also many other airlines. Alaska Airlines will waive the oversized baggage fees for sporting equipment bags (bikes, fishing gear, golf bags, ski bags, etc).

We have used this car rental company before, and they are pretty good! They are also located really close to the airport. They are not located at the airport, so you can take a short taxi ride from the airport to avoid paying extra airport rental car fees.

There will be a bus from Downtown Anchorage to Arctic Valley for anyone interested. It will leave Anchorage about 3pm and arrive around 3.50pm. At the end of the night, it will leave Arctic Valley around midnight and arrive in Anchorage about 12.45am. You may ride the bus round trip or just one-way. You may also take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to/from Arctic Valley.
