What should I wear?

We kindly ask guests to follow Western Elegance Attire. Please dress comfortably for the weather and venue.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes - there is onsite parking at the venue. If carpooling or ride-sharing is preferred, shuttle service will be provided through the hotel.

WIll the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception with be indoors. We recommend bringing a light layer if the weather is cool.

Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so please check the forecast the week of the wedding and plan accordingly.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please include any dietary needs when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate all guests.

We are having an open ceremony, feel free to capture moments respectfully!

Please RSVP by 07/22/2026 so we can finalize our guest count.

Where should I stay?

We have room blocks located under our "Travel" tab. We highly recommend staying local if you are visitng from out-of-town.
