Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request your RSVP by August 15th, 2026. You may submit your RSVP via this website once formal invitations have been sent out.

What time should I arrive at your ceremony?

Answer

All guests will take a private, 15-minute gondola ride to our ceremony site. To allow for ample time to settle into the space, please arrive by 3:00pm as the gondola is open to the public and may get busy. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Your gondola ticket is valid from open-close, so we invite you to head up early to take in the beautiful views. You may ride the gondola as many times as you’d like on the big day. There are restrooms and a café on the summit for your convenience.

What time does your reception end?

Answer

We'll be ending the celebration at 10pm with our grand exit!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request semi-formal attire. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors on Loon's summit, where the terrain will be a combination of grass and dirt path.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We do not have formal transportation to/from our wedding. Most lodging options are under a 5 minute drive to Loon, and parking is available directly at our reception space.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any allergies or dietary modifications needed when you RSVP, and we’ll reach out to ensure our catering team has all necessary information. Our entire wedding is peanut & tree nut free, and there will be gluten & dairy free options.

Are you having a cash bar or open bar?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you and host you for dinner. We have chosen a cash bar, so please plan accordingly if you’d like to enjoy bar services during our cocktail hour and reception.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes! Children have been included on your formal invitation guest count. There will be a children’s menu offering for those joining our special day.

Have you reserved a block of rooms at a local hotel?

Answer

We do not have a room block as we want our guests to feel comfortable at whatever lodging option they select – there are a ton to choose from in the area! We recommend booking ASAP as lodging does fill up quickly as it's peak fall tourist season.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos or videos at your wedding?

Answer

Of course! Our only ask is that you please remain unplugged and present during our ceremony – we have wonderful professional photographers/videographers who will be capturing the moment. Feel free to send any photos or videos of the special day to the bride and groom.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
