A 55 passenger coach to arrive at the Richmond Marriot Short Pump at 2:30pm and depart for Dover Hall at 3:15pm for an ETA at Dover Hall of ~ 3:30pm A 29 passenger mini-coach to arrive at the Courtyard Marriot Richmond Short Pump at 2:30 pm and depart at 2:50pm. This coach will then arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook at 3:00pm and depart for Dover Hall at 3:15pm for an ETA at Dover Hall of ~3:30pm. Early shuttle will depart the reception at Dover Hall between 9:45pm - 10:00pm and drop off at all three hotels. Final shuttles will load and depart Dover Hall between 11:00pm and 11:15pm and return for last drop off. Note- shuttles will not go back to every hotel for return. **If you are staying at the Marriot Richmond Short Pump make sure you are on the 55-person coach for 11:15pm departure, if you are staying at the Courtyard Marriot Richmond Short Pump or Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook make sure you are on the 29-person mini coach for 11:15pm departure.**
