Hotel
This is a hotel & casino with an RV park attached if you'd like to use that option. We have a block of rooms reserved here. This is 20 minutes from the venue. There will be shuttling from this hotel on the evening of the wedding (see shuttling details below), however, there will not be shuttling available on the evening of the welcome party. You will need to call the hotel front desk 877-477-5253 to book a room with block code 2505PODPES. You must call the hotel as you cannot book online to receive the group rate. This rate is available for both Thursday, May 15th and Friday, May 16th. The cut-off date to receive the group rate is April 15, 2025.

Shuttle
May 16, 2024 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will be available from Lakeside Casino & Hotel to Harpor's Vineyard for the ceremony. The shuttle will also run from Harpor's Vineyard back to Lakeside Casino & Hotel from the reception. Pick-up times at Lakeside Casino to Harpor's Vineyard- 3:15pm & 3:45pm Departure times from Harpor's Vineyard to Lakeside Casino- 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, & 11pm Please note, you may leave you car overnight at Harpor's Vineyard if you are unable to drive and need to take the shuttle back to the Casino after the reception so long as you pick up your car by 10am the next day. Please also note, that if you do choose to drive yourself, the drive to the venue is mainly on unlit dirt roads. There will be parking at the venue with attendants.
