Where is the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

We are getting married at Hairpin Arts Center in Chicago! It is an art center located in the Logan Square neighborhood on the north side of the city. The address is 2819 N Milwaukee Ave. Chicago IL60618. It is located on the second floor! There are doors and elevators located on both Milwaukee and Diversey Ave.

Is there parking?

Answer

Unfortunately there is no designated parking for our venue. There is free street parking in a few areas right in front of our venue and paid street parking farther down the street. Please read all street signs carefully. Please carpool, Uber or take public transit if you are able. There is a Blue Line CTA train stop just a few blocks down the street, and multiple bus line stops in front of the venue as well.

Are there hotel blocks?

Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to provide hotel blocks. We have a list of a few recommended hotels nearby and in the city on our travel page. If you have any questions or need more recommendations on where to stay please reach out to one of us directly!

Yes there are elevators located at both entrances!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal! Wear what you're comfortable in but please don't just show up in jeans and a t-shirt. Feel free to wear a costume even - it is Halloween after all! Just nothing inappropriate please - there will be children present.
