Please see below for hotel options, which are all located close together. There will be a 56 passenger coach bus, operated by Avant Garde Limousines, that will provide round trip transportation between the hotels and the venue. Please see the FAQS section for details regarding shuttle pick-up. In regards to our welcome party: Sun King Carmel is walking distance from Hotel Carmichael and a short Uber away (or a 1.5 mile walk) from Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and the Hilton Garden Inn.

Flight

Indianapolis International Airport

For our out-of-town guests: Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is the easiest airport to fly into. It is about 35 minutes from Carmel, IN, and 50 minutes to Noblesville, IN. There are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts around to get you from the airport to the Carmel hotels, but you can also rent a car if you prefer.
