Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at Banff Gondola and it is first come first serve. There is no cost to park here, BUT we are providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue from both Canmore and downtown Banff - please note in your RSVP if you will utilize it!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! During the formal RSVP you will be able to note any allergies and dietary needs along with your meal selection.

How do I get to the wedding venue the day of ?

Answer

We have booked a private shuttle service with a pickup in Canmore (exact location TBD) and downtown Banff with a destination of the Gondola. A return trip at the end of the evening will also be provided. Gondola tickets are pre paid by us for the day of the ceremony.

Brewster Express: Connects Calgary (including hotel pickups in the city center) with Banff, Lake Louise, and Jasper during the summer months. Vivo Green: Provides shuttle service from Calgary Airport to Banff National Park or Banff town, with rates starting from $12.99/person. Discover Banff Tours: Runs daily shuttles between Banff, Canmore, downtown Calgary, and Calgary Airport, with prices starting at $78 per person. Mountain Park Transport: Offers shuttle services between YYC, Banff, and Lake Louise during winter and summer seasons, with prices starting at $70 per person. FlixBus: Provides bus services from downtown Calgary to Banff with multiple daily departures, and the trip takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. Prices start at $15. Ride-sharing and taxis : Uber: Available in Calgary, and a trip to Banff takes approximately 97 minutes, costing around CA$212.
