Parking
2:15 pm - 2:45 pm
19 Farm Road, Raymond, ME 04071
Parking will be found in the field to the left as you pull onto Farm Road. PLEASE LEAVE PARKING ON PAVEMENT AND INTO FIELD BY TENT FOR BRIDAL PARTY, GRANDPARENTS, AND CATERING. We will have several golf carts to transport people to the Ceramony/reception field!
Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The ceremony will be held in the field labeled by signs at the Davison Estate starting at 3 o’clock. We want to give a notice that this ceremony will be unplugged. We ask that phones and cameras are not out to avoid these frustrations in our photos. We promise photos the photographer takes will be shared!
Cocktail hour
3:45 pm - 4:45 pm
Cocktail hour will take place under a huge white wedding tent where guests will enjoy the cocktail hour with mixed drinks and a charcuterie table spread while the bridal party is off taking photos. The bridal party will then join around 4:45 pm for the reception portion of the evening.
Reception
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We will have a pizza bar as well as side salads for those not wanting pizza or wanting both. Due to limited cold storage, we are limiting beverages provided to soda, water, and juice boxes for kiddos. BYOB for those wanting several+ drinks through the night. Coolers are allowed but PLEASE keep out of ceremony area and reception tent to avoid these distractions in our photographs <3 Please look for the cooler parking area near the tent!
