Shuttle Schedule

Answer

Shuttles will begin their first loop at 3:15 The shuttle will wait for 5 minutes at each hotel. Please wait for the shuttle so everyone can arrive at the wedding on time. Picking up at: Holiday Inn Express Boulevard Inn and Bistro (best place to get on downtown, if not staying in a hotel) Inn at Harbor Shores Second shuttle will pick up at 4:20pm Following the same loop, waiting at 5 minutes at each hotel.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Please see the schedule tab. We have welcome drinks and brunch planned for everyone in town for the weekend!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The bar opens at 4pm pre-ceremony please arrive by 4:45.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Invitations are addressed to invitees. Due to space constraints, we ask that you only RSVP for those that are listed on invitations.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire! The wedding takes place within an active vineyard, please be aware of that when you choose your shoes! Michigan in the fall is beautiful, but it can get a bit chilly at night. We will have heaters as needed!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will begin picking up guests at 4pm at the 3 hotels we have room blocks at. A full schedule will be added closer to the wedding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you do not take the shuttles, there is parking available at the front of the vineyard. You can park and start the walk through with a surprise!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP's are due by September 12. Please utilize the response card in your invitation.
