When should I RSVP by?

Where is the wedding? Is it Wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The wedding is at Sandlewood Manor. 22402 Holly Creek Trail, Tomball, TX 77377 It is fully accessible. Handicap parking is available at the front, to the left of the house. When you arrive, you will see signs for the parking lot to the right.

What is the easiest way to get to and from Sandlewood Manor? Is there parking?

Answer

Depending on where you are staying, the venue is between 15 and 35 minutes away. We recommend either driving on your own, carpooling, or using Uber/Lyft services. There is a large parking lot available on site with parking attendants to assist.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:15. We will be having our ceremony in the Chapel at the rear of the property.

Will the wedding be Inside or Outside?

Answer

All of our events on the wedding day will be inside. That being said, there is a beautiful garden walk between the buildings. Additionally, there will be a shuttle service available between events and buildings.

Is there a dress code? Are there any specific colors that you'd like me to wear?

Answer

This is a Formal Event No Jeans or Shorts, please. "If you're confused about what's appropriate when it comes to formal wedding attire, you can never be too overdressed. When in doubt, a dark, well-tailored suit or a floor-length formal wedding guest dress are safe choices. But if you're feeling adventurous, you can experiment with trendy jumpsuits, a suit with a colorful jacket or bold accessories. As you're choosing what to wear to a formal wedding, remember that erring on the side of caution with a more formal look is always a safe choice."- Guide for Wedding attire. As for colors, we want everyone to feel their best, so the only people with assigned colors are people in the bridal party.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Please see the Travel tab for more details. We have blocks at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center (1601 Lake Robbins Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380) as well as at Courtyard Houston The Woodlands (1020 Lake Front Cir, The Woodlands, TX 77380) Please book your stay by October 10 to guarantee a room in our block. If you would prefer to stay closer to the venue, there are other hotel options in both Tomball and the Vintage areas. AirBNB and VRBOs are also great options for accommodations depending on the vibe you are looking for.

What should I do if I don't make it into the hotel block?

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to your preferred hotel and mention us and our wedding anyway--- they may be able to accommodate you in a room outside our block. If not, there are additional nearby accommodations in The Woodlands, Tomball, and Vintage areas,

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We will not be providing guest transportation over the course of our wedding weekend. Ride-share options via apps are available in all locations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know of any Dietary restrictions so we can make arrangements. We want you to feel comfortable and well fed! Chef Andrew does too

What's the best airline to use?

Answer

We recommend IAH as it is closest to the venue.

Am I allowed to bring a "Plus One"?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones ro our wedding, as we'd like to keep our guests to just those that know us well. All guests invited are on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my kids?

Answer

We kindly request no children under 11 at our reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar with beer and wine for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception, however, we recommend bringing cash if you would like to give an additional tip to the bar staff.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding truly is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you choose to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home. Our registry has that option built in for your convenience. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

What's the wedding Itinerary?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 in the chapel. We recommend arriveing at least 15 minutes early to secure a good spot. Immediately following, we will have a cocktail hour in the Manor house at which, we will provide appetizers and have beer and wine available. At approximately 6, we will move to the reception hall for dinner and dancing. we will wrap things up at about 9:30.

What should we do while we are in town?

Answer

Tomball, The Woodlands, and Vintage park are all fun areas to visit while on the North Side of Houston. Tomball is home to Michelin recognized restaurants (BBQ of course).
