Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal garden party! We want everyone to be comfortable, but as lovely on the outside as they feel on the inside. Since all events of the weekend will be held outside, it is HIGHLY recommended that women wear a thicker, block heel or wedge.

Can I/we bring our child/children?

Answer

We would like to keep children to a minimum. Please reach out to us directly if you need help arranging child care in the area.

I have dietary restrictions, will there be anything for me to eat?

Answer

Yes, we'll make sure the caterer is aware of any dietary restrictions. We will have a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and dinner will be served family style.

Will there be places to park?

Answer

There will be parking in the front yard of the home where the wedding will be held. We are working on getting shuttles so that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable evening.

Question

I won't have access to a car when I'm down there - will I be able to Uber? Lyft? Via? Juno?

Answer

Probably not. It's a small, rural area, so Uber is not super prominent. It may be possible to Uber from the hotel or while in Gloucester Courthouse, but probably not from any of the properties. We are working on shuttle schedules for the weekend. There is a car service that you can call that is run by the sheriff and his family.
