Can I bring a plus one?

We are limited on the amount of guests at our venue so we kindly ask you to remain to the names listed on your invitation, thank you! We also have applied this to children as well, thank you for being so understanding!

Cocktail, the color scheme of the wedding is blue, green, orange and gold!

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside and the reception will be held indoor at the Timber Frame!

How do I pick the type of meal I want?

Answer

When you submit your RSVP’s you will be asked a series of questions from song requests to what you want to eat so you’ll pick your options there for all of your group individually. Please note that what you pick is what you get, there is no changing so please make sure your group understands!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking in located around the building for the reception and the venue for the ceremony so there is close proximity to both events!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you visit the travel page on our website, it goes into further detail about the hotels that offer shuttling if you book a room/block there!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is at 4pm so please make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can make sure you are seated and comfortable before the ceremony starts! If you arrive late, we cannot promise you a seat or you will not be seated at all due to the interruption of the scheduled ceremony. Thank you!
