When & where is the wedding?
Answer
The wedding will be held at The Carriage House at Vedder Farms which is located at 41700 Harvest Rose Court Leesburg, FL 34788. The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, but we recommend arriving about 15-30 minutes prior so you have sufficient time to park, sign our guestbook, and find your seats without feeling rushed. Guests who arrive after the ceremony starts will have to wait to enter once the ceremony concludes. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors.

When Do I RSVP By?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than Friday, September 13, 2024. This is our last day to RSVP as our vendors require us to provide head-counts by this date. Unfortunately, any unanswered RSVP's will be counted as a "No". Thank you so much for understanding!

What If I Can't Make It?
Answer
We are so sad to hear that, your presence will surely be missed. We would appreciate if you could RSVP "Will NOT Attend" by clicking on the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you cannot make it, please notify Hallie at (813) 858-4355.

What Is the Parking Situation?
Answer
The venue provides ample complimentary parking to accommodate all of our invited guests. Also, our ceremony and reception will be held at the same location so, you will not have to worry about driving to a secondary location.

Can I Bring A Date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest's name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!

Are Kids Welcome?

When RSVPing, you will see the names listed of all the individuals, including children, invited in your party.

What Should I Wear?

Cocktail Attire Men: Suits with tie or no tie Women: Semi-formal or cocktail dresses *Please no jeans, shorts, flip flops, or white attire*

What Kind of Shoes Should I Wear?
Answer
We suggest wearing shoes that you feel comfortable in (with the exception of flip flops). Please keep in mind that the venue has grass, rock, and dirt terrain. There will also be dancing all night so make sure you're comfortable to move in whichever shoes you choose.

Can I Take Pictures And/Or Videos During the Ceremony?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony and ask all guests to refrain from capturing pictures or videos. We have hired very talented professional photographers and videographers who will be capturing our special moments! We promise to share our pictures as soon as we receive them. Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like during our cocktail hour and reception!

What is the Wedding Day Timeline?

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:00pm, and the reception will end at 10:00pm.

Will There Be An Open Bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us, please party accordingly! As much as we want all of our guests to have a wonderful time, we also want everyone to make it home safely. If you are going to be driving, please drink responsibly, carpool with other guests, or have a designated driver in your party.
