We suggest all guests fly in to Nashville BNA airport. The preferred airline would be British Airways. https://flynashville.com/ Downtown Nashville in approx. 15mins from the airport. Southall is approx. 45mins by car from the airport. We suggest all guests arrive on Saturday 31st August, as the flight leaving on Sunday 1st will not arrive in Nashville on time for the Welcome Party/Check in.

We have provisionally booked this apartment for all wedding guests (apart from our parents), so we have a base when staying in Downtown Nashville. Check it out and let us know your thoughts. There will be 16 people staying here for two nights (Tuesday and Wednesday Nights). Total cost £3855 = £241 per person for two nights. This price will change as I believe some people are only staying one night, so the people staying two nights may need to pay slightly more. Can those who would like to stay here please confirm? It will be cheaper to get a hotel if a few people aren't happy with this, which is perfectly fine, we understand. If you feel you would like your own space, please let us know! we have FREE cancellation until 4th July 2024.
