About a 50 minute drive to the venue and the dripping springs area. This is your closest option, however not always the most cost- effective.

Approximately an hour and a half drive. This is a good option if you're interested in seeing the river walk area of San Antonio and indulging in Texas history at the Alamo.

Accommodation Information

There is a huge variety of accommodation options in Dripping Springs and the Austin area. We listed a few different types and given some information on them. We only have a traditional "room block" at the Mt Gainor Inn, but feel free to stay wherever you fancy!

The Liney Moon

This one is the closest to our venue (0.5 miles). They have one large house with 4 bedrooms and baths that can be rented out to a large group. They also have a variety of cottages. The 'horseshoe cottages' are similar to standalone hotel rooms and include a bedroom, bathroom and mini kitchen. Majority of these are king beds and two have a full bed with a foldout twin bed. The 'triplets' have one bedroom, one bathroom, and a living room area with a full kitchen. The bedroom contains two queen beds and two twin beds and the couch in the living area folds out to a full size bed. The horseshoe cottages are approximately $179/night and the triplets are approximately $349/night.

Hills of Texas Lodging

Visit this website for a variety of different houses you can rent for the weekend. This is great for groups who would like to stay together. Most houses are 3 bedroom with a hot tub. There are 9 houses in Dripping Springs and most of them allow dogs. We have stayed at the 'Sure Shot' house and had a great time! The houses range from $150 to $900 a night, with an average of $250-$300 a night.

We have a traditional 'room block' here.
