We ask guests to dress in semi-formal attire meaning suits, long gowns or floor length/ankle length cocktail dresses - jumpsuits are always welcome! Please keep in mind August can be hot - we will do our best to help keep guests feeling cool!
We ask all guests RSVP by July 10, 2026 through our website under the RSVP tab after a formal invitation has been received. We appreciate your prompt replies!
Our recommendation is reserving your stay as soon as you are able. Hotel blocks are limited and August can be a busy time - there are plenty of other hotels in the area if you are looking for another place to stay - checkout our "Hotel & Shuttle" tab for more info.
Please arrive to the ceremony at 5:00pm (approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony) to grab a seat and allow for a prompt 5:30 start. If you are looking for shuttle information - checkout the "Hotel & Shuttle" tab.
We love our friends and family - meaning we are already at our maximum guest count. Only names on the invitation may attend. Plus ones will be clearly indicated on the invitation.
While we both love the little ones in our family, unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests not stated on your invite.
Yes, there is ample parking at the venue and don’t forget there is also a shuttle if you are looking for a safe ride to and from!
The ceremony itself will be outdoors as well as the reception - however, one of the reasons we love this venue is the amount of indoor space guests are able to enjoy!
The bar will be open all evening for guests of all ages. Our bar service will be handling all beverages. Due to venue/catering policy and regulations, we cannot allow outside alcoholic beverages to the venue.
Per our venue "anyone who appears under the age of 30 years old is required to have a valid driver's license/passport for alcohol." We highly encourage bringing your passport as a form of ID if you have an international license.
