What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony start time (between 3:30–3:45 PM). We appreciate your punctuality and allowing enough time for parking, grabbing a pre-ceremony bubbly, and finding your seat without disrupting the processional.

Where will the ceremony take place?
Answer
The ceremony will take place inside the “Parlor” building at the venue. The space is fully climate controlled!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors in fully climate-controlled spaces. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the patio beneath the pergola adjacent to the Parlor (weather permitting).

What time does the reception end?
Answer
The reception will conclude at 11:30 PM, and all guests must be off the property by 12:00 AM.

What is the dress code?

Formal attire is requested. Suits or blazers and cocktail or formal dresses are encouraged.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Mid-September weather in West Michigan can be a little unpredictable, so we recommend checking the forecast the week of the wedding. At this time, we anticipate temperatures in the low-to-mid 70s.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony. Please silence your devices and keep them tucked away until cocktail hour so everyone can be fully present in the moment with us.

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
Gerald R. Ford International Airport will be the most convenient option and is located roughly 40 minutes from the venue.

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
We do not have a hotel block, as we anticipate minimal out-of-state travel. If you need accommodations, there are several hotel options in downtown Grand Rapids (approximately 27 minutes from the venue) as well as neighboring cities including Cedar Springs and Rockford. Some nearby options include: Holiday Inn Express (Cedar Springs) Hotel Rose (Rockford) If you’d like additional recommendations or assistance, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom!

Will transportation be provided between hotels and the venue?
Answer
No, we do not anticipate needing organized transportation between hotels and the venue. Please plan transportation accordingly.

Is parking available at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Complimentary onsite parking will be available for all guests.

Can cars stay overnight at the venue?
Answer
Unfortunately, no overnight parking is permitted. Please drink responsibly and arrange for an Uber or other transportation to and from the venue if needed.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Unless your RSVP specifically includes a plus-one, we kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend.

While we adore your little ones, we kindly request an adults-only celebration. Please make childcare arrangements where necessary.

Guests are welcome to use the coat closets located near the front entrance of the reception area.

Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible and includes an onsite handicap ramp.
