Halley moved to Wilmington in 2021 after finishing medical training, unknowingly landing just two blocks from a certain neighborhood bar—and a certain insightful bartender named Alex! Weekly visits for a good drink (and even better conversation) turned into a fast friendship, full of fun stories, intellectual debates, and a growing connection. Fast forward to 2023, when friendship finally turned into something more. Since then, Halley and Alex have shared adventures from Paris to Puerto Rico, quiet weekends at Bus Haven (Alex’s family’s beloved cabin in PA), recurring vacations to the New York Finger Lakes, and most recently, a dreamy engagement trip to Provence, France. They moved in together in 2024 and got engaged on June 6, 2025. Now they're trading bar chats for wedding vows—and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
