Sometime in the summer of 2021, two 20 year olds were looking for a hot date on the fun app called Tinder. Sydney had serendipitously set her location to Portland (yes, you can do that) and Sam had just gotten on the app. Neither believed anything serious would be found on this…pardon my French…“hook-up” app. After matching, the two got right to planning their first date because time is precious. Throughout the next two weeks, Sydney and Sam went on many adventures. Including, but not limited to, a first date motorcycle ride, 2AM makeout session in Wiscassett, and camping in the White Mountains. Finally, after the camping retreat, Sydney asked Sam to be her boyfriend. After 5 minutes of deep thought, he agreed (lmao). 2 cats and almost five years later, they are looking at eternity.
